We are looking for a part-time worship pastor/director who can commit 15 hours per week to lead our congregation in worship. As part of our team, you will guide worshippers into a deeper encounter with Jesus through God-honoring songs, music, and prayer.

• Completed formal training in worship leading or equivalent experience with on-the-job training in a church environment similar to Hope Community Church.
• Proficient in leading worship and familiar with tools such as Planning Center.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
