Dear Father, we pray for this nation and all the terror and turmoil we see daily in the news. Bring your power, Lord, bring your peace to the hearts of those who are angry. Bring your calm and help us to trust those in authority. Please guide our leaders toward your will. In Christ’s name, Amen.
